Physician Immigration. Ally.

Meet Attorney Kristi L. Crawford

For over 20 years, Kristi has helped hundreds of physicians across the U.S. advance their careers and bring world-class care to communities in need. Hands-on, strategic, and approachable, she works to help doctors achieve their goals.

Advocacy for Physicians

After serving as Head Legal Counsel for an international nursing recruitment startup—and years representing healthcare organizations nationwide—Kristi saw a gap: physicians themselves weren’t getting the advocacy they deserve. She founded her practice to change that.

Expanding Opportunities Across the Great Lakes

Kristi now leads efforts to expand J-1 waiver opportunities through the new Great Lakes Authority, connecting top medical talent with underserved regions across eight states.

Life Outside the Office

Based in Michigan, Kristi shares life with her husband, an electrophysiologist, and their dogs. When she’s not working, you’ll find her on the lake, in the woods, or chasing her next adventure.
